Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Care Professionals who are passionate about helping others. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to this field, we’ll train and support you to succeed. Afternoon and midnight shifts available.
What You’ll Do
Support residents with daily living skills (bathing, meals, hygiene, etc.)
Accurately document care, medications, and resident updates
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive home environment
Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors
Be dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current TB test and background clearance
• CPR/First Aid (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn, document, and uphold our culture of excellence
